WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?

You need the following to get started:

1) View and listen to the 13 minute video and then return to this page and go to #2.

2) The Holy Spirit's leadership and confirmation that you should apply and then register after acceptance is granted.

3) Self-discipline; without it, you may start, but you won't finish.

4) A desire to be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

5) The thought that you are sick-and-tired of being sick-and-tired of the same old religious sixes-and-sevens.

6) A commitment to finish what you start.

7) Computer hardware and software: A computer (desktop or laptop) with Windows 2000 (or later), Outlook or Outlook Express, Adobe Acrobat Reader (freeware available on-line, to read PDF files), word processing software, such as Microsoft Word or Works, and an internet connection.

8) A means of voice communication with an assigned mentor: phone or computer (free download of SKYPE from www.skype.com)

HOW DO I GET STARTED IN THE CURRICULUM?

This page is designed to assist students on how to get started with OLISPM curriculum. You say, "There must be a place to start!" -- and there is, and you can do so by going through the following steps:

Step 1: Fill-out the on-line registration form (click here)

Step 2: You can begin immediately after you begin with "Orientation to Ministry" OR101. Just follow the instructions at the top of the "Spiritual Gifts" page. (first course)

Step 3: While working on Step 2, the student is free to work on "Directed Independent Study" DS101-200.

Step 4: After completing Step 2, the student is free to pursue the course of his choice, however, it is strongly recommended that the student work on and complete only one course at a time. If the student works in advance of this recommended schedule, OLISPM's administrators will accept only the work on one subject at a time.

Step 5: Continue to work on the curriculum track established after registering with OLISPM. Continue working until you have successfully completed your track of learning.
